Amie joined UCI in 2014. Prior to coming to UCI she spent 15 years in the Staffing and Waste Services industry as an Account Manager for New Business Development. Amie spent 2 years abroad at The American School in Lugano Switzerland and continued her studies toward a BS in Communication at Emerson College. Amie is also a certified Mediator and Six Sigma Lean Yellow Belt.
As the Adjudication Officer she is faced with the daily challenge of trying to educate and change the negative perception associated with parking. Her positive attitude, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service skills have enabled her to do just that. As the Adjudication Officer responsible for citation appeals, Amie has consistently been rated at 5 stars on Yelp, and such she has raised the departments overall score.
