I am a dynamic professional currently serving as the Director of Agile Transformation Services at Planview, leading the integration of Agile methodologies and driving business development in the EMEA region.

Prior to joining Planview, my experience includes a role as a Managing Consultant at a global level, specializing in Agile and Scaled Agile Solutions. I successfully fostered business growth, provided guidance on Agile best practices, and closely engaged with clients to lead transformation initiatives.

In my earlier roles, I played a pivotal role at Amadeus, a leader in travel solutions, as a Senior Product Owner and Atlassian Tooling Expert. Here, I oversaw tool sets for over 10,000 users and led transformative Agile initiatives across multiple departments. My extensive background in project management spans various regions, including France, Boston USA, Sweden, Dubai (Emirates), and Morocco. I have held positions as a Project Management Officer and Project Manager in both the public and private sectors.

I hold a Telecommunication Engineering Degree from INSA Toulouse and an MBA from Toulouse School of Management. My career journey reflects a commitment to driving positive change, fostering business growth, and leveraging Agile methodologies to achieve successful transformations.
