Kumar Amodh Yadav is an Oracle Certified Professional with over 13 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation, development, and administration. Currently serving as Enterprise Applications Engineer III at The Medical College of Wisconsin, he brings extensive expertise in Oracle HRMS, Self-Service HR (SSHR), Payroll, and related enterprise applications.
Throughout his career, Kumar has completed 3 full-cycle Oracle HRMS R12 implementations and 5+ support and enhancement projects as a Techno-Functional Consultant. His technical proficiency spans Oracle HRMS APIs, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms development, XML Publisher Reports, BI Publisher, and Oracle Workflow customization.
Kumar has delivered solutions for organizations across diverse industries including healthcare, higher education, oil & gas, and manufacturing, serving clients in the USA, Middle East, and India. His experience includes designing custom interfaces with third-party systems, developing RICE components, and participating in Oracle EBS upgrades from R12.1.3 to R12.2.9.
