Evolving AI leadership - Shaping the Teams of Tomorrow !
Leadership has always been about envisioning what’s best for products, people, and clients. As software leaders, we rely on principles that ensure our applications meet technical standards while empowering our teams to deliver excellence.
Today, we’re entering a new era where AI leadership is just as critical — shaping how organizations integrate intelligent systems responsibly and effectively into their products and workflows.
In this session, we’ll explore the evolving landscape of leadership in the age of AI — what defines it, how it extends traditional software leadership, and why governance, planning, and integration strategies are key to sustainable AI adoption.
Join us as we unpack the mindset, skills, and frameworks needed to lead with confidence in an AI-driven world.
Orchestrate Data Pipelines in Cloud
As data systems become more complex, the need for reliable, automated, and scalable orchestration has never been greater. This session explores how DevOps principles—like CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and observability—can be extended into the data domain. Using Azure DevOps , Terraform, and cloud-native orchestration tools, we’ll walk through designing an end-to-end data pipeline that’s automated, auditable, and cloud-ready.
Software Principles - Lean n Clean …
Software strategies are structured approaches that guide how we design, build, and maintain software. They are important because they bring discipline, consistency, and quality into development, especially as projects grow in complexity. Strategies should be applied whenever teams need to ensure scalability, maintainability, or faster delivery. Mastery comes through continuous practice, learning, and applying principles in real projects. The benefits include cleaner code, fewer defects, faster releases, and stronger collaboration. Common strategies span across design (SOLID, DRY), process (Lean, Agile, DevOps), quality (TDD, Clean Code), architecture (modularity, scalability), and security (least privilege, secure by design).
In this session, we’ll explore the benefits and key processes of software strategies, learn a few core principles, and try and explore the decision making behind the alignment with your organization.
Code the cloud: IaC with terraform
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) has transformed the way we manage and provision infrastructure, bringing consistency, repeatability, and speed to modern cloud environments. In this session, we’ll explore Terraform, one of the most widely used IaC tools, and understand how it simplifies infrastructure management across cloud providers . Attendees will learn about Terraform’s core concepts—providers, resources, state management, and modules—and see how declarative configuration enables version-controlled, automated deployments. We’ll also walk through best practices, real-world scenarios, and hands-on examples to give you the confidence to start building and managing infrastructure with Terraform efficiently and reliably.
Get-Together with GIT
Get-Together with Git
Git isn’t just another tool—it’s the backbone of modern software collaboration.
Many of you who have stepped into development may already be familiar with such tools as prerequisites. I’m here to discuss , not just what to do, but also why, how, and when to do it.
We'll begin our journey down the historical lane to quickly pass by the evolution of version control and how systems like SVN and CVS paved the way for Git.
Next stop would be , Git itself—understanding why it became so popular and the open-source momentum that made it a favorite among developers worldwide.
From there, we’ll explore Git’s building blocks: repositories, commits, branches, merges, and the HEAD that keeps everything aligned, with real-time hands-on. Along the way, we’ll highlight key standards and conventions—writing meaningful commit messages, adopting branching strategies, and following naming practices that keep teams organized.
By the end of this journey, attendees will have a detailed understanding of Git’s core concepts and practical exposure with readiness to navigate real-world workflows.
Integrate and Deliver - Continuously
Delivering software quickly and reliably is no longer optional—it’s a necessity. Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) help teams accelerate releases, improve quality, and reduce manual effort. This session is all about how Azure DevOps empowers teams to implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
To brief on the session , we’ll explore the building blocks of Azure DevOps and how they come together to streamline software delivery. Along with practical examples for software delivery, we’ll discuss best practices that help balance speed with governance - All integrated in a Pipeline !
