Amy has been in interested in agile ever since her first introduction in the back offices of a luxury retailer — fascinated by this more human and collaborative approach to delivering customer value, she quickly set her sights on agile coaching. No matter the industry, Amy seeks to empower and understand – customers, users, teammates, and leaders. With her enthusiasm, creativity and a deep growth mindset, Amy is constantly seeking to improve. She calls Brooklyn and Arizona home, but is currently planted in the old-growth forests of the Pacific North West.
