Amy Shaiman has worked with technology systems for over eleven years, including Banner Advancement, BannerWorkflow, Banner Document Management, ApplicationXtender, iModules, Blackbaud/Reeher, Banner HR, EPAF, HireTouch, Kronos, and PeopleAdmin. She is currently an Application Team Leader at Miami University and her responsibilities include reporting, data analysis, support of Banner Advancement and Banner Document Management, and OBIEE (business intelligence). She is an Communities Captain for the Banner Advancement, Document Management, and HR spaces. Amy has Bachelor and Master's degrees and holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
