Through many years of leadership in nonprofits, Amy has seen first-hand how data informed organizations are able to be more responsive and are better equipped to succeed in rapidly changing environments. She passionately believes that the use of data combined with the skills and knowledge of professionals creates an information powerhouse. Amy focuses on working with nonprofit organizations to develop tools and skills necessary to create these data empowered direct service teams. Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Her rich history of working in the human services field coupled with her expertise in organizational development makes her a perfect fit for guiding nonprofit customers through program model design. Amy lives in Minnesota with her partner and three cats. When not working she can be found hosting board game nights, attempting to perfect various cupcake recipes, and reading voraciously.
