Ana Jiménez Santamaría is a Senior Project Manager at the Linux Foundation, where she supports global open source communities and drives strategic initiatives across the TODO Group, the PyTorch Foundation, and the emerging DevRel Foundation (intent-to-form). She collaborates with CTOs, engineering teams, and business units to promote open source management adoption, advocate for the latest frameworks and discussions in Open Source AI (OSAI), and foster innovation through strategic alignment with open source.

Ana brings a background in data science and community health analytics from her time at Bitergia, where she specialized in measuring the health and impact of open source communities. She has co-authored research studies on open source and OSPO adoption and dedicated her MSc thesis to analyzing the impact of Developer Relations in open source ecosystems.

A frequent speaker at international conferences such as KubeCon + CloudNativeCon, OSSummit, FOSSBackstage, DevRelCon, etc. Ana has delivered a Keynote at OSSummit Japan and the 2nd OSPO Summit Shenzhen in 2024 and was a panelist at the inaugural OSPOs for Good event hosted by the United Nations in New York in 2023
