At the world's largest start-up, Kyndryl, I help our Customers adopt the right Cloud (and Cloud associated) solutions to solve their business problems. These are in the form of out-of-the-box Consulting & Managed Service offerings, or Custom ones - on Cloud as well as Associated technologies like Modern Operations, Cloud Native Services, FinOps, DevSecOps, etc.
In order to achieve our Kyndryl Cloud signings targets I work closely with more than 40+ country teams (called Strategic Markets) analysing deals in the pipeline and working on GTM strategies.
We look for creative ways of packaging the message, through defined Customer Journeys, which can be consumed by our Customers as well as country Go-To-Markets teams. We run focused campaigns on specific journeys to build pipeline.
It is important for me (and my team) to not only solve our Customers’ business problems, but also look at effectiveness of our Offerings and share feedback with offering development teams. Equally important is the role of building Success stories, Customer references, etc.
I am backed by my strong experience in Business roles, delivering Consulting / Professional Services as well as Engineering / Product development roles both at Kyndryl and in IBM. This range helps me bring a unique perspective across various disciplines in my conversations with Customers and other stakeholders in our Cloud Practice business.
The missions I have been leading have teams that are cross-cultural, multi-Country of various sizes.
At my core, I am a problem solver. I enjoy breaking down complex business problems as well as concepts, and love a challenge.
