Her professional journey includes managing EU-funded energy projects in Italy and driving industrial product development in China. At Exadel, Anastasia has designed and implemented key operational processes — from end-to-end employee lifecycle management to performance frameworks, bench strategy, and professional development planning. She was the architect behind a global Resource Management Organization that optimized staffing across the company, and launched an internal recognition ecosystem that significantly boosted team engagement.
