Andrea loves working at the convergence of technology, business and design: he is currently Head of Innovation at Haier Europe where he launched Washpass, a circular appliance-as-a-service subscription. Previously he focused on startup financing and innovation matchmaking, running the acceleration platform of banking group Intesa Sanpaolo, and helping launch a leading digital VC fund in Italy. Andrea started his career with formative experiences in management consulting and at Google, and has a degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan. Married with three kids, he likes studying the narrative potential of video games.
