Andrea serves as Partner in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, Diversity, Nonprofit and Board & CEO Practice Groups, in the New York office of DHR Global, a top 6 global executive search and leadership consulting firm.

Andrea is a member of the Astia Advisors community and the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship, where she serves as a start-up company Advisor, leveraging over 20 years of experience identifying and cultivating diverse talent for executive-level and board of director roles, among other skills. She serves as Chair of the Membership Committee for the Atlanta chapter of the Private Directors Association and is certified in Private Company Board Governance.

She has served on the Board of the African American Alumni Association of Columbia Business School and the Ivy Foundation of Suffolk-Nassau Counties. She has spoken at the Thurgood Marshall Foundation Leadership Summit, has consulted with NYU Stern’s MBA Career Services and has been profiled in the book, Naked Ambition by business psychologist, Dr. Debra Condren.

Andrea obtained a bachelor’s degree from Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, a master’s degree in international relations from Clark Atlanta University, and a master’s degree in business administration from Columbia Business School.
