Andreas Erber has been working in software development for nearly 20 years and has found his true calling in his role as an Agile Coach. At iteratec and with its clients, he supports teams and individuals with a clear focus on their needs. He views GenAI as both an opportunity and a challenge and helps make the relevant topics visible and open for discussion in work contexts. In addition, he is actively involved internally as a co-founder of the Agile Community and externally in the German and international Agile and Liberating Structures Communities.

Andreas Erber ist seit fast 20 Jahren in der Software-Entwicklung tätig und hat in seiner Rolle als Agile Coach seine Herzensaufgabe gefunden. Bei iteratec und deren Kunden begleitet er Teams und Individuen mit einem klaren Fokus auf deren Bedürfnisse. GenAI betrachtet er als Chance und Herausforderung zugleich und macht die relevanten Themen in Arbeitskontexten sicht- und besprechbar. Darüber hinaus engagiert er sich intern als Mitbegründer der Agile Community sowie extern in der deutschen und internationalen Agile- und Liberating-Structures-Community.
