The MVP War Room: Saving a D365 F&O Process Live
In this live, time-boxed “war room” session, six Dynamics 365 F&O Microsoft experts will work through a realistic incident from first symptoms to a ship-ready stabilization plan. We will start with a short incident brief, then solve the problem in real time across five phases: triage, root-cause isolation, fix design, validation, and prevention. Each phase is owned by a different "expert" with a clear handoff, so attendees see how high-performing delivery teams actually collaborate under pressure.
To keep it real and useful, the audience will vote on constraints that change the solution path (for example: “no code deployments this week,” “cutover in 48 hours,” or “warehouse cannot stop shipping”). As decisions are made, we will build a visible decision log and action plan on screen that attendees can reuse back at work.
