DevOps architecture for everyone. How to make a design if you are beginner.

A properly implemented DevOps approach comes with a number of benefits: Decreased Cost, Increased Productivity and Release Time, Improved Quality, Visibility and Monitoring. But how to implement such DevOps approach if you have so many areas: CI/CD, Cloud, K8s, Monitoring, Logging and need to design and architect SDLC flow from DevOps perspective.

Talk will give tips, useful materials, patterns and approaches of implementing full DevOps lifecycle on a real project.

T-shaped people. Modern vision or history repeats itself?

Often T-shaped skills in the agile software development world refers to the need for cross-skilled developers, QAs in an agile team, e.g. a scrum team. The earliest known use of the phrase “T-shaped person” was in a 1991 however it was used many years before but though nobody didn’t use the term. Transformation of Multicloud Application - Hard Way.

Outbreak stories inspire us but often a lot of details are hidden under the scene. I will present a successful IT product transformation story and talk about how multicloud IaC architecture together with K8s architecture were simplified, application solution deployment was reinvented, way of thinking was shifted to Platform as a Product.

Projects based on microservice Architecture sometimes may be overcomplicated, IaC and Application code deployment is managed together in a single flow, fixing bugs takes 60-70% percent of working week. How to start Digital transformation, what to do first, second, …? I will give you examples that will answer the above questions

Lean in IT. Do not waste or how can we become more efficient.

Lean thinking aims to remove wastes from work processes. It is important to understand what waste is and how it is possible to avoid waste in daily tasks and activities.
Talk will give practical examples of "Lean waste" that we are facing in real life and ways to improve our efficiency and processes.

DecSecOps in practice. Tools vs People

Even the highest quality software may have security issues. DevSecOps practices help to avoid breaches and improve software security by integrating security into CI / CD processes, implementing Shift-left strategy in software development and improving Incident management for alerts and notifications.
