From Chip to the Cloud - project Iceberg Journey

In this technical session, we will dive deep into one of the hottest topics in the automotive industry, "telematics and cloud." We will present Project Iceberg!


Iceberg lets companies focus on developing top-level application logic that solves their business objectives. AWS provides everything else.

Iceberg is open source, which follows SOAFEE best practices, and will be part of the SOAFEE blueprints.

Iceberg's mission is to remove repetitive and undifferentiating tasks from the development and partner community so they can focus on what matters the most.
For example, Iceberg provides ready access to:
1) Low-level vehicle network drivers (i.e., embedded CAN driver).
2) High-level vehicle network data layer.
3) ML inference and OTA update mechanism.

Iceberg is AWS-ready, out-of-the-box! All software, drivers, and libraries are directly from AWS or by certified partners; capable of providing powerful cloud data analytics, and, best of all, Iceberg follows stringent Security guidelines.
At AWS, we are customer obsessed; customers essentially wanted "AWS" certified hardware so they can provide innovations on a proven platform.
