Dr. Andy Xiao is a Staff AI Engineer at Rivian Volkswagen Group Technologies and an Adjunct Professor at San Jose State University. He previously served as Technical Manager and Valeo Expert in AI at Valeo North America, leading machine learning R&D for comfort driving assistance systems. Dr. Xiao holds a Ph.D. in computer vision and machine learning, with 12 years of experience in ADAS and AI across OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and startups.
