In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn and apply the Start With Done backwards planning framework: a five-step method that takes the logic behind professional project management and applies it to real life. Whether you're coordinating a move, a home renovation, or helping a child with a science fair project, the same principles apply.

You won't just hear about the framework. You'll use it. We'll work through a real planning scenario and you'll leave with a transferable skill you can apply the same day.
