Anjani Pandey is the founder and managing partner of MetMov LLP, a Bengaluru consulting firm that helps founder-led companies grow without the founder holding everything together. He writes a weekly field manual on how growing companies break and what to put in place instead.
He has spent more than 15 years inside operating teams. He ran global supply chain and operations at Y-Not Design & Mfg., ran programmes in central operations and process excellence at Udaan, and managed projects at BHEL. His work spans e-commerce, manufacturing and infrastructure. He holds an MBA in operations and strategy from ISB, and is a certified PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt.
Over the past year he built and now runs his own firm on nine AI systems, more than 100 AI agents doing daily work. He started with no code. He keeps a public "lab notebook" of what went wrong: agents that sounded sure while guessing, agents that graded their own work, and scheduled agents that never actually ran. Each failure became a rule he now teaches.
Today he runs hands-on AI workshops for company teams. People leave having built their first AI helper, with a simple job card to brief any agent and a checklist for switching agents on safely. His fireside talk at GO DESi, "My experiments with truth and AI agents", is the base of his workshop. His style is practical, honest about failure, and built for managers who need results, not theory.

My Experiments with Truth and AI Agents: Six Beliefs I Had to Unlearn
Getting AI to do the work is now the easy part. Knowing when it is wrong is the hard part. Anjani Pandey runs his own firm on more than 100 AI agents. In this talk he opens his lab notebook, failures included. You will see six beliefs he had to drop. "If it sounds sure, it is sure." "It can judge its own work." "Tell it once, it will remember." "If I built it, it is running." Each comes with a real case: an agent that called live work dead for 94 days, another that scored its own posts 14 out of 14 while nobody read them. Each ends with one simple rule your team can use the next morning.
Format: talk or fireside chat, 45 to 60 minutes. Level: introductory. Audience: managers, team leads and founders. First given at GO DESi, Bengaluru, October 2026.
Safe AI Rollout for Teams: Build Your First AI Helper, Then Switch It On Safely
This is a hands-on workshop for teams starting to put AI agents to work. First, everyone builds one small helper live, using a three-box job card: the job, the hours it costs you each week, and what it must never do. Then we make it safe. Anjani Pandey shares the kit he built after checking 76 of his own live agents and finding nine real risks. You will sort any agent with three questions. Does it read outside text? Can it change things? Does it wait for a person's yes? You will learn seven plain rules and a go-live checklist with a tested off switch. Teams leave with a working helper and a rollout plan they can use on Monday.
Format: hands-on workshop, 90 to 120 minutes, laptops needed. Level: introductory to intermediate. Audience: business teams in operations, marketing, HR and finance.
