Ankur Bansal is a data analytics professional with nearly a decade of experience driving data driven strategy across the finance and retail sectors. He currently serves as a Credit Risk Analyst at T Mobile, where he builds advanced analytics dashboards, leads champion challenger performance reporting, and supports financial reporting around collections using advanced analytics and AI techniques, enabling stronger decision making, optimized customer engagement, and improved revenue performance.
Previously, Ankur held roles as a Senior Data Analyst at Skill Voice Inc. and as an Analyst at Chico’s FAS, where he built scalable reporting systems, automated data pipelines, and implemented predictive modeling solutions that improved efficiency and informed executive level strategy across both industries.
Ankur is also an active contributor to the global data and AI community, serving as a peer reviewer for international conferences and as a speaker and panelist at industry events. At the Data Innovation Summit 2026 in Stockholm, he shared practical migration strategies for transitioning organizations from legacy BI tools to modern data visualization platforms. He is a published author; his recent paper, “A Generalizable Framework for Analytics Platform Migration: Semantic Governance, KPI Standardization, and AI Readiness Across BI Tool Conversions,” was accepted at the International Conference on Information Systems for Business Management.
His technical expertise spans Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Snowflake, and Databricks, with deep experience in data visualization, experimental design, and risk modeling. A Senior Member of IEEE, Ankur serves as Vice Chair of the Young Professionals Engagement Subcommittee, where he supports recognition programs, career development, and student mentorship. He holds an M.S. in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University and a B.E. in Computer Science from Chitkara University.
