For over 14 years, I’ve led the charge in learning & development, leadership training, and organizational change at fast-paced companies including Tesla and Mollie. I’ve designed global training programs, developed leadership frameworks and career growth journeys, navigated half a dozen reorganizations, created and facilitated dozens of engaging sessions, and scaled teams during rapid growth.

But here's the twist: I’m also a lifelong gamer and certified gamified learning architect, and I firmly believe that learning works best when it feels like play. So in 2025 I started Honeywright Academy to blend leadership development, gameplay, and career growth.

My main quest through Honeywright is to develop the next generation of authentic, self-aware managers through the power of play. I design bespoke learning programs for new and aspiring leaders, creating playful and reflective spaces to practice and hone critical skills such as situational leadership, decision-making, communication, and performance management. I'm especially passionate about empowering women stepping into management with the capability and confidence to lead authentically, giving them social and inclusive learning spaces to blossom into their full potential.
