Annie Clements runs a multi-award winning Social Enterprise, Autism & ADHD. It is a life span service providing support for all those living and working with Autism, ADHD and Mental health issues globally.

She has spoken and local, national and international conferences to challenge peoples perceptions of issues such as Child to Parent Violence, Safeguarding and Difference and is a part time University Lecturer focussing on Children’s Rights, SEN and Inclusion, as well delivering to Psychology and Social Care students on how to work with families and improve understanding within the those sectors. She has worked with this client group for over 30 years focussing particularly on supporting families, young people & adults experiencing high levels of anxiety and challenging behaviour giving them input on how to understand and change their approaches and attitudes to increase the life opportunities for all involved. She has also worked in in partnership with Suffolk New College for over 15 years being part of the team that has changed their approach of support for these Young People with growing success and provides consultancy across the Education Sector. A published author she is also a Fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs and more recently has become a Fellow of RSA for her contribution to Autism.
