Annie (they/them) is a politicized healer and somatic embodiment coach. Their methodology is drawn primarily from generative somatics and somatic abolitionism. They focus on collaborating with adult Asian American children of immigrants and refugees to metabolize intergenerational trauma and internalized oppression.
