Actions

Anthony Autry spent more than 10 years incarcerated, including time in federal prison. What changed his direction was a daily practice: training his body, building structure into every day, and leaning on faith. Inside, he earned an associate's degree in business management and hospitality from Adams State University by correspondence, completed two nationally accredited parenting classes, and finished First Step Act programs. He has been clean since October 5, 2018, and was baptized on October 31, 2025. Today Anthony coaches men through Unchained Fit, competes in jiu-jitsu (gold medals at JJWL, NAGA, and Grappling X; silver at ADCC San Diego Open), and trains at Victory MMA. He is a Jocko Fuel brand partner, and his memoir is in progress, with Jocko Publishing offering to publish it. He serves in prison and juvenile ministry, including talks with Restorative Partners at SLO County Juvenile Hall. Maricopa County Juvenile Probation clearance is in progress.

The Unchained Reset

Keynote (45-60 min). How faith, discipline, and daily training rebuilt a life after more than a decade inside. Attendees leave with a simple daily reset that builds structure when life has none, why discipline beats motivation for focus, sleep, anger, and self-respect, and how to start over without waiting for the perfect moment.

Unchained Reset: How Discipline Made Me a Student

Session (45-60 min). The student's side of health, healing, and learning behind the walls. Covers why students in prison drop out for reasons that are not academic, low-cost movement and discipline routines programs can add without new technology, and a one-page routine template plus three questions to ask students about what keeps them in class.

Break the Chains

Session (30-60 min). A straight talk on choices, consequences, and the way back: owning your past without being defined by it, faith and structure as the foundation for real change, and practical first steps for youth, people coming home, and their families.
