Anthony Ondicho, PMP® is the Founder & CEO of DFIP Blue Growth Partners and a development and transformation leader with more than 18 years of experience across international development, infrastructure, WASH and humanitarian programming in Africa.

He leads the development of DFIP One, an intelligent opportunity and readiness platform designed to connect smallholder farmers with relevant pathways to finance, markets, inputs, training and climate-resilience opportunities.

Before founding DFIP, Anthony held senior leadership roles in international development, including establishing and growing Water Mission's regional operations in Turkana, Kenya. His work today sits at the intersection of development, technology, responsible AI, institutional transformation and economic opportunity.

Anthony is a PMP®-certified Civil & Structural Engineer, has undertaken Executive Leadership education at the University of Oxford, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Management. He is also an author and speaker on leadership, transformation and human potential.
