Antoine is Innovation Projects Manager at Rail Logistics Europe, where he leads two strategic programmes: Monitor (a France 2030 project to digitize freight) and GreenPower (focused on energy efficiency and low-carbon technologies). He is a member of the European working group on Digital Automatic Coupling (DAC), a former Research Engineer at Alstom, and holds a PhD in Transport Economics. His research focused on the technical, environmental, and economic assessment of decarbonized rail alternatives. He served as technical referent for the IPCEI Hy2Tech programme. In 2024, he coordinated the Energy Transition Task Force at ANRT, and in 2025, was appointed France’s Ambassador for the European Climate Pact. He also lectures in the Hydrogen Specialized Master’s Program at IFP School.
