Facilitated Big Room planning in IKEA , Sweden for 200 participants

Facilitated BRP for 200 participants in a big hall . Agenda started with Product management team sharing their roadmap , vision and list of important features . Overall ambition was to scale and push e-commerce across European countries. My role was to support the multiple scrum teams to work together in tandem , identifying risks and challenges , list the interdependencies and create a 3 month plan before the next BRP.
