Archana Raghu is a Quality Lead at Quantum Workplace, an enterprise HR tech SaaS company, where she leads AI quality strategy across employee engagement products in partnership with data science teams. Her work spans RAG system evaluation, adversarial red-teaming, counterfactual testing for disparate impact analysis, and behavioral regression for model change control.
She teaches AI quality at the University of Nebraska Omaha and is an active voice in the Omaha tech community through Nebraska Women in Tech, AI Omaha, Nebraska Women of Color in Tech, and Girls Who Code.
