Archie Sharma is a builder and operator with two decades of experience scaling AI, SaaS, CRM, and digital businesses from zero to multi-billion-dollar outcomes. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Zencoder, where he helps engineering teams ship software faster using AI coding agents built for real-world codebases.

Previously, Archie was COO at HappyFox and SVP of Business, Corporate Development & GM at Wrike, where he drove 3× ARR growth leading up to Wrike’s $2.25B acquisition by Citrix. Earlier in his career, he helped triple revenue at OpenX and ran Global Operations as VP at HubSpot during its formative scale-up years.

Archie began his career in deep tech, publishing two U.S. patents in signal processing at Western Digital, before going on to lead revenue and operations teams across five continents. He has founded two SaaS startups and has been featured in Forbes, Business Insider, BBC Capital, and AdExchanger.
