With over 15 years in the technology sector, Areti is Head of Professional Services at Telefonica Tech's Microsoft Business Applications division and a Microsoft MVP for Customer Experience and Power Apps. Over her career as a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solution architect and consultant, Areti has delivered a wide range of complex projects for FTSE 250/500 companies across a number of sectors. She is a Europe Dynamics 365 and Power Platform user groups committee representative for Microsoft and on the UK Dynamics 365 and Power Platform User Groups Advisory Board as well as the leader of the Reading Dynamics 365 and Power Platform user group and part of the organising committee for the Scottish Summit. Areti is also an annual participant of the United Nations UK delegation for the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW). She speaks internationally on AI tools, their adoption and is also a mentor for those looking to start or advance their careers in the technology industry as part of the Women in Power Platform group.
