With 20 years of experience in the Umbraco ecosystem, including more than six years at Umbraco HQ, Arnold has witnessed the platform evolve from a community driven CMS into a foundation for mission critical digital platforms. He founded digital agencies, built commercial add-on products, and worked closely with partners across regions. This gives him a rare combination of technical depth and commercial insight.

Arnold helps define Umbraco’s strategic direction and turns that vision into practical reality. He played a central role in shaping Umbraco for Enterprise, a unified approach designed to help larger organisations operate complex digital platforms with clarity, predictability and confidence. The focus is on aligning product, cloud hosting, support and governance into a coherent model that scales responsibly.
