He currently serves as Senior Director of Enterprise Information Systems at RealPage, where he leads the development of advanced AI platforms leveraging large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI systems. His work includes architecting enterprise-grade AI solutions such as chat assistants, voice-enabled agents, and autonomous systems that support over 50,000 users, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience across multiple product lines.
At RealPage, Arun has pioneered innovative AI-driven products, including voice-first and screen-aware AI assistants, real-time streaming systems, and autonomous agents for complex workflows such as vendor credentialing and large-scale web data extraction. His solutions have delivered measurable business impact, including reducing customer call volumes, saving time for end users, and enabling continuous, 24/7 AI-driven support. Before RealPage, Arun held leadership roles at Sabre, where he managed large-scale ERP and revenue recognition programs for a business unit generating over $850 million in annual revenue. He led cross-functional teams across global locations, drove billing automation initiatives, and implemented SAP-based enterprise solutions aligned with ASC 606 standards. His earlier career includes significant contributions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he managed complex transformation programs, including ERP implementations, mergers and acquisitions integration, and finance effectiveness initiatives for major global clients.
Arun began his career in software quality engineering, contributing to process improvements, compliance initiatives, and large-scale certifications.
