Letterpress Artists, Printmakers, Architects & Designers, founded Printing with Types, a Bangalore-based studio dedicated to the art of letterpress.
Both graduates in design from reputed institutes of NID and NIT, we shared a passion for art and craftsmanship. Although we began our careers within the design industry, it was the love for tangible design and passion for this time-honored letterpress printing, ignited the idea & took a leap to self-learn the art from scratch, understanding the meticulous process, restoring old equipment and researching vintage techniques, facing challenges alongside. With keen focus on preserving and strengthening this art form, Today, we carry forward the legacy of letterpress printing — giving voice to its enduring beauty in an increasingly digital world.
