Its headquarters is in Liberty Lake, Washington, United States. Its products are related to smart grid, smart gas, and smart water that measure and analyze electricity, gas, and water consumption.

Prior to Itron, Arun was working for HARMAN as a Senior Technical Architect, managing software product design, development, delivery initiatives, and managed the Azure Center of Excellence.
