I’ve always been fascinated by what keeps an aircraft safely flying long after it leaves the factory. Behind every flight is a maintenance program built from thousands of technical requirements, engineering decisions, regulatory obligations, and lessons learned from aircraft operating around the world. That is the part of aviation where I have built my career.

I currently work as a Manager of Maintenance Programs at Vista America, specializing in aircraft maintenance programs, continuing airworthiness, OEM technical data, regulatory compliance, reliability, and maintenance analytics. My work involves turning complex technical and regulatory information—from MPDs and Airworthiness Directives to Service Bulletins, STCs, and ICAs—into maintenance requirements that can be effectively managed in real-world operations.

Beyond my professional role, I serve as a Board Director of the Ohio Aviation Association, where I have the opportunity to contribute to broader conversations around aviation development, industry collaboration, and the future aviation workforce.

One area that particularly interests me is what happens when traditional aviation engineering meets data analytics and artificial intelligence. I believe the next evolution of aircraft maintenance will not simply be about predicting failures. It will also be about using data and intelligent tools to better understand technical information, identify changes, improve reliability, support engineers, and make maintenance programs more accurate and responsive.

My background combines aviation and analytics, including a Master’s in Business Analytics from Kent State University, a Master’s in Aviation, and a Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.

When I speak, I like to take complicated aviation topics and connect them to the practical challenges professionals face every day. I enjoy sharing what I have learned, exchanging ideas with others in the industry, and exploring a simple question that continues to drive my work:
