Building Modern JVM Applications with the Power of Server-Side Kotlin and MongoDB

Kotlin is the official language of Android development, but almost half of all Kotlin developers are using the language for server-side as well — and many former Java developers have turned to Kotlin as a more modern alternative. This session will take a deep dive into the Server-Side Kotlin Driver, which was first announced at MongoDB .local NYC in June 2023. It addresses common Kotlin use cases including coroutine usage and serialization, and gives developers a jumpstart when using and adopting the new Kotlin driver.
