Ashwini Reddy is a Product Management leader with more than nine years of experience across healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, speech recognition, and clinical workflow solutions. As Team Lead, Product Management at eClinicalWorks in Boston, she oversees product strategy and execution across a portfolio of AI-powered healthcare solutions used by providers, healthcare organizations, and enterprise customers nationwide.
She is best known for designing, launching, and scaling Sunoh.ai, eClinicalWorks' ambient AI platform, taking it from an early-stage concept to one of the company's fastest-growing AI solutions. Her work has also driven meaningful growth in speech-to-text adoption across the customer base over the past several years.
Ashwini leads a team of 10 product managers and analysts responsible for AI, speech recognition, and workflow automation, working closely with engineering, implementation, sales, marketing, compliance, and executive leadership to shape product vision and execute long-term strategy. Along the way, she has led integrations and partnerships with Nuance Dragon, m*Modal, Fluency Direct, Google Voice, and Microsoft Azure Speech Services.
She began her career at eClinicalWorks in New York as a Software Specialist in Implementation, where she was named Rookie of the Year in 2018. She holds an MS in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BE in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
