With a creative fine arts background, Athena opened Meticulous Ink in 2010 using her life savings, a bank loan and three credit cards. An entrepreneur at heart, the business has grown to a small yet steady brand, with retail space, website and on site print-works where letterpress stationery and calligraphy supplies are made. Athena fell down the worm hole of NFTs in May 2021 after following Gary Vaynerchuk and his podcast for many years, and adores what the future holds for the space, with particular interest in the joining of the physical and the digital.
