NFTs. The talk would cover utility NFTs as the next trend and the use case evolution (including web3), from event tickets to court filings. E.g. Soul-bound tokens is another interesting topic and xpmarket is looking to implement them, too.

DeFi. Importance of the DeFi for ecosystem's growth and traction both for retail and business. Talk about elements of the DeFi, such as farming, lending, fundraising, etc. Also cover regulations briefly and security.

General talk about the current market state (macro, local trends, economics overview). A deep understanding of the market conditions is important for every project, as community growth, marketing, and fundraising are highly dependent on it.

Finally, XPmarket showcase. An overview of what we are doing for the community and popularisation of XRPL.
