Augusto Pérez, is a Systems Engineer with a MBA. Currently, head of the Managing Director office. Last position was performing Continuous Improvement and Customer Experience Management department at T-Systems México and Research Professor at the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. He has certifications in Lean Six Sigma by the American Society for Quality, Advance Design Thinking by IDEO, DEVOPS, SAP Sales and Distribution, ITIL 4.0, Robotic Process Automation by UI Path; among other.

For more than 18 years he has participated in projects as an educational software developer for McGraw-Hill / Interamericana, SAP consultant, Middleware, team leader, expert in statistical process management for continuous improvement and user and customer experience management.

During the professional journey, he has participated with accounts such as Volkswagen, VITRO, ALFA, Mckesson, British American Tobacco, Coca Cola, ABInBev, Federal Mogul, etc., where he has managed Continuous Improvement initiatives under a structured statistical approach through methodologies Lean, Lean Six Sigma; root cause analysis, solution design and user experience management in which human, digital and physical interactions are linked, which stand out in the client, maximize the experiences that satisfy them, and provide excellence in their services with the use of agile models and collaborative tools.
