Ayanna Carrington is a systems strategist, facilitator, and founder of Your Project Board, where she helps purpose-driven solopreneurs and small teams build operational capacity and scale with clarity.
A Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business graduate, Cornell Women’s Entrepreneurship Certificate holder, and Google AI Fellow, Ayanna is known for translating systems and AI concepts into grounded, human-centered frameworks founders can actually use.
Her work is informed by lived experience. Navigating postpartum recovery while parenting a medically complex child with Bohring-Opitz Syndrome required designing systems that could withstand real life. That necessity became the foundation for her signature framework, Building Systems That Scale, now used to help founders grow without sacrificing well-being.
Ayanna has been featured in AfroTech, Black Enterprise, and PYMNTS and partners with accelerators, economic development organizations, universities, and founder ecosystems focused on sustainable growth and equity.
