Karim is currently working as an Asst. General Manager [MIS & IT] of Diamond Cement Ltd and he is the team leader of the Company’s customized ERP System, which has been developed in-house. The company is using MS SQL Server as their Database and their internal system developed based on it has been working for more than a decade.

To cope with the challenges of the new millennium business domain and keep pace with the high waves of globalization, free market economy, borderless cyber society, he has been developing himself with a various field. He does believe that this expertise will allow him to expose dynamically and competently in various fields of a business organization for automating their activity.

Having Masters on Accounting and MBA major in Finance & HRM with Diploma in Information Technology, Karim with his team is playing a vital role on managing process, developing core system, and interconnecting the departments. Being a finance person having tech knowledge gave him astonishing advantage in the arena of Business Process Development.
