At Meta (Facebook Inc.), Badal built and led the M&A collaboration program from the ground up—architecting scalable Microsoft 365 environments, streamlining onboarding for acquired teams, and leading a high-performing engineering team across multiple business units. He also spearheaded initiatives to modernize data workflows, automate operations, and drive user adoption through Power Platform and Power BI solutions.
