Dr. Barbara Nemko has been Napa County Superintendent of Schools since 1997 and is currently the longest-serving County Superintendent in California. She is passionate about technology and AI revolutionizing education. She received Digital Promise’s “Digital Innovation in Learning” and ISTE’s Public Policy Advocate award in 2014, the Making IT Happen award from CUE and ISTE in March, 2017, the CCSESA Champion of Public Education Award in 2019.
