Batte has worked & mentored many students in the fields of Tourism, Hotel & Environment since 2005. He has worked as the Head of department for Tourism & Hotel at Muteesa 1Royal University, International University of East Africa and Buganda Royal Institute of Business & Technical Education.

Hello has also taught at St. Lawrence University and Hotel & Tourism Training Institute - Jinja (U). Batte alsos a professional Nature guide in Uganda.
