A "professional" developer for over 28 years, Ben enjoys playing in both the .NET and JAVA stacks. Over the years he has worked as a programmer, trainer, architect, development team lead and jack of all trades, although now he's happy to describe himself as a Software Craftsperson. He has a deep interest in the "soft skills" side of the software industry.
Outside of playing with software, Ben spends his time reading, singing, taking photos and volunteering with Scouting - and he's happy to talk to anyone about anything.
