Bernadeta Nikrevičė is an Agile Coach, founder of LeaderHub Academy, and international speaker exploring a question many teams face today: why are we still late, even when the work gets faster?
Drawing on her journey from chemist to Agile practitioner, she combines scientific curiosity with years of hands-on experience helping technology and HealthTech teams deliver more predictably, without adding more meetings or process.
Her sessions are known for being highly interactive, practical, and refreshingly honest: real stories and experiments instead of another framework.
You’ll usually find her behind a flipchart, or recognize her by the hat that became her personal trademark.

AI Made Us 10x Faster. Why Are We Still Late?
“How do we deliver more with fewer people?” At Agile Cambridge, my audience voted this the most important question they face today. And the obvious answer seems to be AI.
But what if I told you that work got faster with AI, and delivery still isn’t enough?
I’ve seen teams fix a bug with AI in less than a day, only for the fix to wait weeks for an approval meeting. AI made the work faster, but it didn’t make delivery faster. The speed went somewhere, and in most teams, nobody knows where.
In this talk, I’ll connect recent research on where AI speeds up work, and where it doesn’t, with real situations from my own practice. To make it practical, I’ll introduce a technique I call the Waiting Map, which participants can use the very next day to identify where work gets stuck and slows down the whole system, even when individual tasks get faster. These are the places where AI can actually make a difference, instead of speeding up the steps that were already fast.
No tool demos. One real problem, one method, and one question you can take back to your team on Monday: not how long did it take, but how long did it wait?
The Product Owner’s Nightmare - from Chaos to Contribution
What if you could transform chaos into a meaningful contribution?
As Product Owners, we’re often expected to align all the different stakeholders around a single product vision and, frankly, it’s hard! With the developers’ focus on technical excellence, the clients’ request for even more features, and your organization’s view on keeping the budget in check, how could we stay sane in this nightmare world? Imagine turning every challenge into an opportunity for your team to thrive.
How would this shift your approach to managing diverse stakeholder priorities?
In our workshop, The Product Owner’s Nightmare: from Chaos to Contribution, we will explore practical insights and actionable strategies for navigating diverse stakeholder agendas. Through interactive exercises and structured debriefs, you will gain concrete tips to tweak and apply immediately in your professional contexts, empowering you to foster understanding and collaboration among your stakeholders.
Too Smart to Collaborate? How to Deal with Overconfidence in Teams
What if I told you that the greatest friction in your team’s flow isn’t a bottleneck in Jira, but a dominance in the room? We’ve all been there: a room where one strong personality, senior title, or "I-know-better" attitude quietly kills psychological safety and stops collective thinking. In Agile, collaboration isn't optional - it's how we deliver value. But how do you handle a "know-it-all" without starting a war?
In this session, we’re moving past generic advice. I’ll share 4 real-world patterns where overconfidence blocks progress - the person who puts opinions over product needs, the public shutdown, the professional yapper, and the one who gets frustrated when their idea loses. For each and every I'll provide a clear Avoid vs. Try roadmap. I’ll share honest stories, including when my own attempts backfired.
No theory from books. No fluff. Just field-tested tactics you can try the very next day.
Key Takeaways:
*Recognize specific patterns of overconfidence and their impact on the team.
*Learn from "backfire" moments: Why emotional fighting or "just being nice" fails.
*Walk away with a facilitator’s playbook featuring a mix of original tools - like "Product Anchor" (data-based decisions), alongside proven favorites like “35” (by Thiagi), and much more.
Everything is ready for you to use the very next day.
