Innovating tech Education, a Microsoft's partner case
In this session we will present our practices and experience in developing technical skills (for youngs and for retrainers).
As a Microsoft Partner, we're involved in education on different areas of the Microsoft technology:
- two year master courses on Software Developing
- two year master courses on Cloud and IT systems
- internal courses for professional growth and retraining
- interactive laboratories to match real business opportunities with educational needs
Our experience of designing, structuring and deliverying training opportunities is strong and solid. In Italy we are also part of the Microsoft's initiative "Ambizione Italia": an ecosystem project that focuses on the new skills required by the world of work,
In this session we plan to share the lesson learned and the practices we developed to innovate and to make education and training more effective.
We're coinvinced that the changing of the work tasks and duties (accelerated by technology, robotics and AI in particular) will require a growing investment in forming the technical skill required and in retraining current work force.
In the proposed session, our experiences and results will be shared to be of inspirations for others.
