He currently serves as Executive Director, Director of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase, where he leads transformative initiatives in GenAI-driven software delivery, cloud-native architecture, and enterprise DevOps modernization. Bijoy is renowned for pioneering innovations in GenAI-powered contract and functional testing, introducing agentic workflows, and architecting automated deployment pipelines for both on-premise and public cloud environments. His work has dramatically enhanced release agility, service reliability, and system resilience across mission-critical platforms.
