Bill Morris is Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Blue Star Recyclers, a social enterprise founded in 2009 with a mission of recycling electronics to create jobs for people with disabilities. Direct fulfillment of their mission to date has produced significant environmental, social, and economic impacts in the communities they serve, while their workforce development and inclusion model is now replicated around the US and abroad.

Bill was named Small Business Person of the Year, Recycler of the Year, Employer of the Year, and Social Entrepreneur of the Year. Blue Star was named Colorado Business of the Year (nonprofit category), Social Impact Business of the Year, Social Enterprise of the year, and has been twice awarded the CDPHE Environmental Leadership Program’s 24-Karat Award.
